Question

I can't convert anything to pdf anymore for the last week? How can this be corrected?

I have tried on 3 different computers and 2 scanners

    Hi can't convert to pdf,

    I've checked your account; your PDF Pack subscription is active, so there's no problem there. What happens when you try to convert files to PDF? Do you get an error? If so, what is it?

    For starters, please clear the browser cache and try again, or try a different web browser. If you're using Adobe Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version.

    I have tried it on 3 different computers and since I work online, it

    shouldn't be my computer. Any help would be appreciated. I have also used 2

    different scanners and I also tried to convert old png files that I had

    converted previously and they wouldn't convert. It just says conversion

    failure
