It seems that you are trying to Export PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC when it redirects you to purchase page.
Please try to sign out of the application and reboot the device.
Then sign-in again with your Adobe ID and password.
Make sure that you sign in with the email address that you used to purchase the subscription.
You can try to exporting PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.
Open the link provided above and sign-in with your Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription.
Check if you can export PDF there without any issue.
