I can't convert files to PDF

We see that you have Adobe Acrobat DC registered in your account. And as mentioned above that you can't convert the files to pdf, so is there any error that you are getting during conversion?

If you are trying to access the service online https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  then you may check with a different web browser. Or you may turn the internet security software off for a while (If any) and check.
