I can't convert word docs to pdf from my iPad, please help!:-)

I have an IPad air and have Microsoft office 365. I have now installed the adobe app, but still can't convert Microsoft word docs to PDF even though having subscribed and paid for Acrobat.com, which I assumed was supposed to give me access to this function.

When I try to convert files, I only get to choose from my photo stream. what should I do to access microsoft docs from Acrobat.com. shouldn't this be possible from my iPad? Grateful for any replies and god suggestions! 🙂

    Hi LeneDau,

    Are you still having trouble converting documents? Acrobat.com itself is free, and you would need a paid subscription to ExportPDF or Adobe PDF Pack to convert files. I checked your account, and I don't see any order history under the email address  you used here. So, I'm guessing you either used a different email address, or purchased a subscription through the Reader Mobile app (in that case, you would need to check with the app store if there are problems with your subscription).
