I can't download the mandatory update for my acrobat.com and now I'm having trouble getting into my account. WHAT TO DO?

    Hi magic storyteller,

    I would love to help, but need to understand the problem a little better. I don't know what you mean by "mandatory update for Acrobat.com." If you're getting a specific message when you try to log in, can you please let me know what it is? Are you running into Adobe ID/Password issues?
