I can't export/convert my pdf into a pwr.point (*pptx) file,..and I just paid for a subscription, why not?

Hi chrisb3,

I've checked your account; the Adobe PDF Pack subscription that you purchased today is active, so you should be able to convert PDF files to PowerPoint format. Please log out, clear the cache, and then log back in.

Please let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara
