I can't export PDF files to Word after updating Reader

I have a subscription to the Adobe ExportPDF product. I recently installed a newer version of Adobe as the site where i was trying to download a file required an up to  version of Adobe .I now cannot convert a PDF file to an office file. Your advice would be much appreciated.

    Hi anthonym,

    I've checked your account, and there are no issues with your subscription to ExportPDF. Are you trying to log in via Reader or the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?

    Please clear the cache, and then try logging in to the URL I list above. Are you able to log in and convert files?

    What is the exact challenge your are facing in conversion process?

    Are you signed into your adobe account?

    Do you get any error message while converting the file?
