I can't find Manage Your Account where adobe says change your ID that is displayed

Question

I want to change my "login ID" to the one that is showing on my adobe.com account.  It is not the one currently being displayed on documents that I create.  When I try to edit it it says go to adobe.com -> Manage Your Account, but I can't find any Manage Your Account when I login and the login ID is the one that I want being displayed on my pdf files.  Why is it not and how can I change it????
