I've already saved the document, so I hit print, it asks me to save as... I press cancel, nothing happens. I press save, nothing happens. My printer is working fine for everything else. Any help?

I had to change my print settings. I had "print to file" marked. I unchecked that and it printed just fine.

Hi June27851300qk13,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you are using the Adobe Acrobat application to print the PDF, use the following steps:

1. In Acrobat, open the PDF and select the Print icon.

2. In the print window, go to the Advanced tab and make the box for "Print to file".

3. Click on the OK button at the bottom of that window.

4. Then print the PDF.

Check if that helps.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
