I can't get past the Adobe ID sign-in when trying to "send for signature" Any suggestions?

When trying to upload an Acrobat PDF for signature into our Echosign service, I hit the "Sign", "Get others to sign", "send for signature" route.  When I try to sign into Adobe ID, the Submit button doesn't do anything.  I've also tried to sign into Adobe Reader with the same issue, using both IE and Firefox browsers.

    Hi echosigner,

    I checked your account using the same email you use here in the forums, and I don't see that you have an EchoSign subscription under that email address/account. Is it possible that you have an account under a different email address?

    Do you receive any errors when you try to log in?

    Hi Sara,

    I have an Echosign team account, same address??? I went thru this issue with

    the Echosign side a few weeks ago to no avail, they couldn't identify any

    issue except maybe IE, so I got our corporate IT to allow me Firefox.  I

    don't get any errors, the screen is frozen on the submit button.
