Could you please share the more information about where exactly you have not been able to login? Are you referring to the Adobe website or the document cloud website.

• For document cloud website, to access the cloud services you can refer to- Adobe Document Cloud  and login.
• If you have trouble entering the password, or resetting the password then you may refer to the link here Learn how to reset a forgotten password or change your existing password.  and try changing it.
