Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Could you please share the more information about where exactly you have not been able to login? Are you referring to the Adobe website or the document cloud website.

For document cloud website, to access the cloud services you can refer to- Adobe Document Cloud and login.
If you have trouble entering the password, or resetting the password then you may refer to the link here Learn how to reset a forgotten password or change your existing password. and try changing it.
If it still doesn't help, then you may contact Adobe customer care- Contact Customer Care
