Hi sandim,

I've checked your account; it appears that the subscription was stopped (but doesn't indicate why). However, it looks like it was just that auto renew was turned off, so you should still be able to use it until it expires in August.

Are you converting from the web interface? If so, please clear the browser cache, and log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf. Make sure that you're using the correct Adobe ID (email address) and password. I located your account using the same email address that you use here in forums, so that's the one to use!

Please let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara

Hi sandim,

I see--it sounds like you are converting from within Adobe Reader. Please make sure that you have the most current version of Reader by choosing Help > Check for Updates. Make sure, as all, that you're logged in to Reader (you should see your name in the upper-right corner). If you're still unable to sign in and convert from there, please give it a try from the web interface. (There are been recent reports of customers not be able to log in via Reader.)

Best,

Sara
