Hi nrsrgn,

Do I understand correctly that you get a blank white screen when you choose File > Open from Acrobat.com in Reader? What version of Reader are you using? Please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates.

If that doesn't work, please reinstall Reader.

Best,

Sara

Hi Sara!

I faced with the same problem. I'm using Windows 7 x64, Adobe Reader 11.0.10. On february 13  i have started an account on the adobe.com to keep my corrected pdf files in the cloud. But today on february 16 i see only blank white screen when trying to open adobe.com in the Adobe Reader, although i can still to upload new files into the cloud and open them from the recent files list. Unfortunatly reinstalling the Adobe Reader did not help independently of antivirus and firewall software functioning.

Hi Алексей Базлаев,

Are you viewing PDF files in a web browser, or directly in Adobe Reader? What happens when you open Reader on your desktop, and then open a file that's been saved to your computer (rather than opening a PDF from your Acrobat.com account)?

If you are viewing PDF files in a browser, let's see what happens when you disable that feature, and force PDF files to display in Reader instead: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/display-pdf-browser-acrobat-xi.html

Best,
