i can't open my PDF file. PDF file keeps getting stuck

it started happening on Monday 4/19/2021. Each time I opened PDF file, it would freeze. And a pop up window would appear to ask me to send the error report. Does anyone know what is wrong with my PDF files?

Which application you are using to open the PDF document? Does it happen if you try opening another PDF document?
Help us with the name and version of the application you are using?
