I can't print a PDF file send to me by email, I work with windows 8.1

After subscription I converted the PDF file to a Word doc file that I can't find; I tried to download Word the free version but in vain.

What can I do?

    Let's start with the original PDF; how did you open it: in Adobe Reader / a browser / Microsoft PDF viewer?
