I can"t print document which is a Pdf

Are you trying to print from Reader or Acrobat (and what version)? What happens when you try to print (do you get an error, for example)?

Are you able to print other PDF files, or non-PDF files for that matter? Are you printing over a network or directly to your printer?

So many questions! But we need a little more information to get to the bottom of the issue.
