I can´t upload a PDF file in Adobe Cloud

I have an account of Creative Cloud. I´m trying to upload a PDF file and it is not working. There is no problem message, it starts uploading it and suddenly it stops without saying anything. I have tried with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and it is the same. Any ideas????

Hello; good evening; The upload is not only happening in this load? If not; go to google and enter updated version application. Povavelmente your PDF is not compatible with that file. (Update your PDF)

I have to add that the size of the file is 400 Mb

Hi Carmen,

I would recommend you to try clearing the history and cache of your browser and then try again.


If problem persists, try uploading file using a different Network.
