The product I bought on September 20, 2015 was worthless for my purposes and I want my money back. The fact that it is impossible to talk to anyone over the phone or even in chat is more than sketchy. REFUND MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

There is no chat option for the product line I purchased. I've already

tried numerous times. I'll contact my credit card company for a refund. I

will never purchase anything from Adobe again.
