I cannot convert file PDF and system says : "It is verified error during access"

Sono abbonato con rinnovo in corso da luglio 2016 e quando provo a convertire come prima facevo i file pdf

in file word il sistema risponde con "si è verificato un errore durante l'accesso".

Cosa debbo fare per risolvere il problema ?

Could you please try restarting the computer, then try to login into the service and see if that makes any difference.

Also, try with another Web Browser like Google Chrome/ Internet Explorer/ Mozilla Firefox and see if that works.
