I cannot convert my files downloaded to English. The very reason why I subscribed to Adobe. What am I doing wrong?

    I'm here to help! Please tell me a bit more about what's happening. Are you unable to sign in to the ExportPDF service? Or are you having trouble converting your files once you've signed on?

    I have not been able to convert my downloaded files to English. The instructions are not very clear and also are very cumbersome. There has to be a place where the instructions are understandable. I was told that by subscribing to Adobe, my downloads would automatically be converted. Apparently, that is not the case. If that is the case, converting them should be easier to do.
