I cannot convert my Microsoft Word to pdf file

It says it is too large or the structure is to complex - it is my thesis.

Are you using the Acrobat desktop application or the Acrobat online account?

Here is the message. I have tried in the web interface and acrobat reader.

I have also tried smaller files and they fail to convert. Also the add inn for word document....
