I cannot convert my PDF

Question

I am trying to convert my PDF's to word and it keeps telling me to subscribe but it's already part of my account. I had someone internally access my computer last week and try from your end for 30 minutes and couldn't figure it out. Can i please call someone?

Hi laurah89043353 ,Could you please let us know the workflow as in how are you trying to export PDF ?If you using it through Reader, let us know the exact version of Reader you have and please make sure you signed in Reader , and also try to sign in and out and then try .Try converting PDF using the browser by navigating to this link : https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf​ by logging in with your Adobe ID and password . Let us know if you able to do it through browser .RegardsSarojini
