I cannot edit my document. I got a subscription to enable this and I keep having to sign in and sign in and nothing is working. What's the deal?

I am trying to edit my resume on my work computer.  When I click on the edit icon on the right, it just keeps taking me to the get a subscription page.  If I sign in on the document page, nothing happens.  It just goes in circles.  I just want to edit my resume!!!  I paid for it, why won't it work?

    Hi chrisd,

    I see that you just purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription. Where you prompted to activate Acrobat when you launched it? When you launch Acrobat, you should see an option to License this Software. Your Adobe ID and password serve as activation credentials. Once you enter those, you should be able to use Acrobat.

    If you're still having trouble, please let us know (it may be that your order is still processing).
