I cannot find my pdf to excel conversion subscription on the website. Where do I access it for uploads?
I have a subscription to this, but have been searching on the web site for a half hour trying to use it. Where do I find this???

As per the issue description mentioned above you are facing issue when trying to access Export PDF services, is that correct?
As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Export PDF. Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered. You may also see the help document for detailed description: FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud
You may also refer this link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
