I cannot find my serial number I have a online subscription and I need help

I need help figuring out how to download Adobe acrobat pro onto my new computer. I uninstalled it on the other computer that I had initially had it on. Now I'm stuck in a situation where it will not download on my new computer without a serial number and I can't find it.  I'm paying monthly for the service, and can't figure out a simple way to fix this. I'm getting frustrated.

Hi comp swap,

Since you have a subscription, no serial number is required. Please try downloading directly from this page: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X. Make sure that you're signed in as an administrator, and that you've disabled any antivirus software. Once it's installed, you should be able to simply log in and use Acrobat.

If that's not the case, please let us know what sort of error message you're encountering, if any (or what happens when you try to launch Acrobat).
