    Hi cannot open adobe file,

If I understand correctly, you can open the file one on computer (running Windows 8), but not on another? If so, what operating system (and version of Reader) are you using on that other computer?

Do you get an error when you try to open PDF files in Reader, or does Reader crash? Does the problem occur with just one PDF file, or with any that you try to open?

For starters, you may just want to reinstall Reader on the computer where you're having trouble.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Sara,

I can open ADOBE files in a computer that has Windows 7, but I have problem opening the file in Windows 8.1. If I restart my computer, I can open the files for a while and then it just flashes in and out. However, if I find the file, I can open it with "Reader" and not "Adobe Reader.

    Hi Hameed,

Please make sure that you have the most current version of Reader installed. Choose Help > Check for updates, and install any available update. The most current version is 11.0.09.
