Hi joe henry,

What are you using to open the JPEG in? Are you trying to convert it to PDF using Acrobat or Adobe PDF Pack?

Please tell me a bit more about the problem you're running into, and we'll do our best to get to the bottom of it.

Best,

Sara

thank you for your support

i scan a document using my printer. it scans it to my desktop as a Adobe Acrobat document.jpg When i check the properties, it states it will open with Adobe Reader XI. but when i try to open it, the error message states that the document is not supported or it is damaged

If these scanned images are photos, then the Windows Photo Gallery may be a useful tool for you.

If it's a different kind of images, the free Paint.net is quite easy to use.

If you need a very powerful tool, then probably the best around is Adobe Photoshop; but of course it's not free.

will any of these allow me to make changes to the document and then print it?
