I cannot view the converted files

Regardless of whether you convert via Reader to the Acrobat.com website, your files are stored in your Acrobat.com online account. If you don't see them when you're logged in, clear the cache, and then log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files.

Please let me know how have you been trying to view the converted files.

Are you signed up into your Acrobat.com account with the right Adobe credentials?

Once you are signed up, you might choose 'Files' tab to view all the converted files.

Please check and let me know where exactly are you facing the trouble.
