I cant access any PDFs on my computer despite my 2 accounts

I cannot acces any PDFs on my computer despite having 2 adobe accounts. Anytime I try to access, the screen asks me if I would like to start a trial for the product.

    Hi accessing pdfs,

    What application are you using to open your PDF files? Do you have the free Adobe Reader (and have you ever downloaded a free trial of Acrobat)? What trial is the dialog box offering?

    If you're using Adobe Reader, you can open PDFs without having to try/purchase anything. If you have an Acrobat subscription, if just may be that you need to sign in to use it.

    Please provide a few more details about what you're using, and what message you see when you try to open PDF files.
