I cant convert a PDF to a word document and I just purchased Adobe export PDF.  How can I fix this?

    What exactly means "cant"?  Are you starting the conversion from Adobe/Acrobat Reader (what version), or directly at the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ?
