Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Could you please confirm the application you are working on? Is it a desktop application Adobe Reader DC or Acrobat DC?

Looking at your account information, we found that you are a subscriber of Adobe Acrobat DC subscription. Make sure you are working on right application.

Apart from that you may check the following-

  • Keep your Acrobat DC up to date, Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update
  • Sign Out and Sign In once in the application.
  • If there is any error message appears while editing the document, then help us with the screenshot.

What happened to my Adobe?

 

I can no longer modify, save and email my documents?

Hi I am using Desktop Adobe Acrobat DC, I checked for an update but there was not one.  I will try again.
