    Since you landed in the Acrobat.com forums, I'm going to assume that you purchased an Acrobat online services subscription, and just don't know how to get started using it. We will need a little more info from you to get you pointed in the right direction, but here are some getting started documents:

    Please explain why this is happening when I want to enter the konverter ability in Adobe!?

    Are you unable to log in to ExportPDF? Do you receive an error message? I'm still having trouble understanding where things are falling apart. I would love to help you, but do need some specifics about what's happening.
