I changed last week from XP to Win.7, .

I can not open any of my previous documents.  I paid the fee to have Adobe change Xp docs to Word and the Adobe sign is now in front of XP docs but I get response "cannot find", but it appeared yesterday adobe was processing--for hours.  Help!

In order to help you better i require more information related to the problem you are facing.

Let me know which application of Adobe you are using including the version also let me know the what is exactly the problem you are facing.

We don't have any application which you can use to convert doc to word reason being doc is extension for word file and word microsoft

application. Please provide more information about the issue.
