One year ago, I used an adobe form that had a submit button.  After I submitted the form,  I found out that the person who created the form no longer works at the company and does not have an email address on that server ( they could be dead for all i know.).   I receive a constant message from adobe that the server cannot be found. Tech support from the company cannot solve the problem.  Apple cannot solve it.  Both of those companies spent several hours of  their time trying to help.  They have both determined this is an Adobe issue that only Adobe can resolve.  Adobe sends me to this forum. NO ONE to talk to!!!! This is an Adobe problem.  It has follwed me from one computer to the next as long as I have Adobe.    Please tell me how to remove the form from the ethernet or at least the stinking message from my computer.

Hi Lori,

As discussed, the form is created that way it is looking for the network domain. Since you are using this form at your home computer and is not connected to the company's network, it is throwing you an error. And the form is secured, so you have to recreate the form and the error will go away.

Note: Anytime if you open that faulty form on your home computer it will throw an error.

I have this exact issue, and I am not seeing a resolution here. The form is gone, deleted. No longer on my computer or the cloud. How do you stop this? Its frustrating to get this message every single morning.

Hi Loris,

Sorry for the delay in response.

This issue is occurring intermittently and is not reproducible in-house. We are trying to figure out the root cause of the issue. Would you please help us with the below information?

Have you tried using this service with different browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Edge?

Also, if you have security software installed on your machine, have you tried disabling it temporarily and try to reproduce the issue. If the issue is getting fixed after disabling the security software, help us with the name and version of the security software installed.

Also, I would like you to try this URL https://cloud.acrobat.com on your cell phone and check if the issue is reproducible?

Will be waiting for your response. If you already have found a fix to this issue, please help us with your findings.

HI Tariq,

I don't have a security program to turn off on my computer.   It doesn't matter what browser is open because the problem occurs only when a pdf is opened from my desktop.  I have had various browsers opened and it doesn't change the problem.

The pdf is looking for an email server that doesn't exist anymore.

I just want the message to go away. Perhaps you can remote connect and see what I am talking aobut.
