I converted a pdf to a Word doc but I can't get it to download. Keeps telling me is waiting for notification from Adobe! How do I get it to download?

I'm sorry that you're having trouble downloading a converted file. Can you please provide the error message you're receiving, in full?

For starters, please try the following:

• Clear the browser cache and try again.
• Log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files using a different web browser, and try downloading from there.
• Try downloading another file--do you receive the same error?

Please let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, get back in touch with us and let us know whether you're on Mac OS or Windows, and what browsers you've tried (along with the exact error you're receiving).
