Question

i converted pdf to xlsx and not all of the information is in the converted file so what can i do to get convertion correct?

i have done this many times before without problem..I have a calendar agenda that has first date missing and end date missing and some in middle. I repeated the convert to xlsx file and same thing happened. What could have happened and how do i fix it. I need the xlsx tomorrow.

    Hi Linda,

    It's tough to even guess the probable cause that might have triggered this problem without looking at the file, so if possible for you then please send me the file at dim85451@adobe.com so that i can look into it for you!!

    Moreover, as you need a urgent solution to this issue, I would recommend you to try converting the file using Acrobat software, as you can have more control on conversion settings in Acrobat Software.
