I converted to word file but most of file is not readable word 2010

I paid for the 23.88 annual subscription to convert pdf files from adobe to word. docx. My problem is that the new file is mostly non readable. How do I fix it or should I cancel?

    Hi stupidminds,

    The quality of a conversion depends greatly on the quality of the PDF that you start with (and not all PDFs are created equally). Do you happen to know what was used to create the PDF?
