I could not download acrobate prof 13 from my account and I have serial no but it is still not working on My Mac !!!

I need to know what is wrong with the product That I bought last month it is not working after I downloaded first time it was working properly but this time not .!!

That would be Acrobat 11 Pro, I imagine. What happens when you try to run it? What OS? Please be exact, and quote messages in full.
