I could not save file to adobe document cloud

I can save to adobe document cloud and load files from it before on my iPad or iPhone by using the same account.

When I upgraded my iPhone to 14.5 , i click to "save to doucement cloud" , the loading sign besides the document keep flashing on both "home" and "doucument cloud" page, and my iPad cannot receieve anything from it.

I did the same way from iPad save file to document cloud, I can open and download the file on iPhone
