I'd like to cancel my annual subscription but I can't get in touch with you guys
I've been a costumer with Adobe for almost 2 years now with an annual membership to creative cloud, but now when I actually need to speak with support about cancelling my subscription for a while, I am lead to the forums instead of an actual person I can call or an email. Is it really so hard to give support to loyal customers who really want to stay with you in future but needs a break right now?
