‌unfortunately, I turned to Adobe when my data files where unwhittingly encrypted by rsa 4096.  An add from Adobe accompanied this malicious encryption.  Much to my chagrin, Adobe was not able to re- establish my data files.  I was compelled to open an account first. Since I no longer have a need for the Pack, I want to terminate my service as quickly as possible.  my account t shoululd show no usage.
