Question

I didn't realize that I had a trial version and I can't do anything with my photos and I'm on the 2014 cc version. Now what? If I have to purchase the 2015 version, will I be able to work on my photos and will it be the software and not the download

I didn't know I was using a trial version of PDF files and now I can't do anything with them and I keep getting a notice for the 2015 version as I have the 2014 cc. If I have to purchase the 2015, will it be the download version or will I get the software version?

CC (Creative Cloud) is a subscription, not a purchase.  Exactly what software are you asking about?

Hi scarabs55,

Are you working with Acrobat or Photosohp? (You mention both PDF files and photos, so it's not clear.)

Let us know what software you're thinking about upgrading and we can point you in the right direction.

Best,

Sara
