I don't want my files to be saved to my online account when I export to Word. How do I turn that feature off?

Every time I use the online converter service, it saves a copy of the file to my online account. I want to turn that off. How do I do that? I can't find anything in account settings.

Hi kennethm,

There's no way to turn that off--files are stored there automatically. However, you can log in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files and download your files. Once they're downloaded safely to your desktop, you can delete them from your online account.
