I edit a document on my phone, I look at it on acrobat.com and it has an edit date of today, then hours later I go onto acrobat.com on the computer and the edit date is a day ago and all of my changes aren't there!! what is the point?

I edit a document on my phone, I look at it on acrobat.com and it has an edit date of today, then hours later I go onto acrobat.com on the computer and the edit date is a day ago and all of my changes aren't there!! the outbox says it is saved, it is the same name on both how do you get this thing to work?
