I get the pdf pack but dosent work. Is this maby a problem because I use Open Office ?

    Please provide more information regarding "doesnt work".  Nothing to do with Open Office (or Microsoft Office).

    I d'ont no how I can find the pdf when I click to convert.

    I get only the message to souscribe to a new contract.

    How I hace to do ?
