I recently had to reformat my computer and re-install Adobe Export PDF, Annual‎.  I pay for an annual subscription. It now says that I am on a trial. How to I get rid of the trial status and revert to the annual subscription?

Hi anthonyr39678844,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to use Adobe Export PDF on your computer, is that correct?

You might have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer for which you are getting trial expired message.

As you have Adobe Export PDF subscription, try installing Reader DC on your computer using this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Once installed, click Export PDF under Tools.

You can use this service in Acrobat Reader mobile app as well, for more info, visit here: Using Adobe Export PDF

Let us know if you have any question on this.
