Hi Cathyf,

As per the issue description, you want to download the Export PDF back on the new computer, Is that correct?

Adobe ExportPDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service, it's not an application, so it cannot be installed on a computer.

You can use the services through your online account, sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and use the services.

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader for the Adobe ExportPDF services. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Reader. To download Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Anand Sri.
