I have 2 adobe XI accounts. How do I deactivate?

8/18: I needed to add my subscription to a newly purchased CPU. When I signed in initially I saw 2 accounts. I downloaded and applied the subscription to the first account.  Now I can't find the other.

Is there a number I can call to have this matter taken care of?

    I do see that you have two active Acrobat subscriptions. Please contact Adobe Customer Care; an agent should be able to cancel one subscription and process a refund. Here is the contact information: Contact Customer Care
