    HI,

When you scan your documents please scan with higher resolution so that OCR can recgonize those scanned images better.  Poor scanned images are very hard for OCR to recognize them as characters.

    Thank you.

    Dear Hisami,

I have scanned in at the highest resolution possible 600 dpi and the result is still very poor, I have attached both the scanned document and the converted copy.

What else can I do, are there any options that I can select?

    Thank you,

    Brian
