Question

I have a paid subscription, but am asked to sign up and pay when I try to convert pdf to word

Why doesn't Adobe recognize my paid subscription. I've checked my account and it says I have a paid subscription, but when I try to convert a pdf on my computer, it won't convert. A window pops up asking me to buy a subscription.

Hi sh59801, harmenv92214532,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to convert pdf to word, is that correct?

Could you check if you have the latest version of Reader installed on the machine- you can download the latest version of Reader DC from this link: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

If converting online @ https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ,  try clearing browser's cache, restart the browser, log in and try again.

Awaiting your response.

Hello Tariq,

No, this did not help.

I was using Adobe Acrobat (previous version) and followed your

instructions. Now I am in a trial period and will be asked to pay for a

normal version of acrobat.

The version I paid for which is to run out in July 22, 2017, was supposed

to allow me to convert not only to Word, but also to Excel.

After doing what you asked me to, I am still locked out AND now I am being

asked to pay for something that I didn't have to pay for before.

What is going on??
